Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive in Tuticorin to handle customer queries via Mail, Chat, and Web Calls.

This is a non-sales role, and the ideal candidate from Tuticorin must have strong communication, analytical, and accounting knowledge. Only Ahmedabad-based candidates can apply.

Location: Tuticorin Tamil Nadu (Work from Office Only)
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Tuticorin customer queries via Mail, Chat, and Web Calls.
  • Provide effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Tuticorin technical team if needed to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with foreign clients in fluent English (written & verbal).
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot customer concerns.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a valuable advantage.
  • Must be comfortable working afternoon shifts, if required.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written & verbal English communication.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support (non-sales) in Tuticorin.
  • Proficiency in Chat, Web Calls, and Email support.
  • Knowledge of accounting is a valuable advantage.
