What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls from clients and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with account setup, application procedures, and service-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on financial services, trading products, and company offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to meet departmental KPIs and customer experience goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
What you'll need
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) and from Kancheepuram.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-oriented approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Kancheepuram Freshers are welcome! Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
