How we use your email for job alerts

What we collect

• · Your email address
• · The search you save (keywords, city and filters) and how often you want emails
• · When you signed up and confirmed, and from which IP address

What we use it for

• · To email you a confirmation link, then new jobs matching your search, daily or weekly
• · To keep a record of your sign-up and confirmation, as the law requires

Who receives it

• · The NodHire team
• · Our email delivery provider (listed in the privacy policy)

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. A sign-up that is never confirmed is deleted after 90 days, and an unsubscribed one after 180 days.

Your rights and how to use them

• · Withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every alert email.
• · See the data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, ask us to erase it, or nominate someone to act for you if you cannot, on the "Your data" page.
• · Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer; we answer within 30 days.
• · If we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
