What we collect

• · Your name, email address and phone number
• · Your resume (the file you upload or the text you paste)
• · The short note you write
• · When you gave this consent, from which IP address and on which kind of device (phone, tablet or computer)

What we use it for

• · To send your application for this job and let the people hiring contact you about it
• · To show you its status on "Track My Applications" and email you about it
• · To keep your profile in our CV database for 24 months after your last activity and contact you about other suitable roles
• · To keep a record of this consent, as the law requires

Who receives it

• · The NodHire recruitment team
• · Our recruitment systems (our applicant tracking system and our CV database), run by the same business as NodHire
• · The employer hiring for this role (named on the form)
• · Service providers that run the site for us, such as hosting and email delivery (listed in the privacy policy)

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile and applications for 24 months after your last activity, then erase them; we email you a week before, with a link to keep your profile. Records of this consent and logs of what was done with your data are kept for at least a year, as the law requires.

Your rights and how to use them

• · Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, on the "Your data" page.
• · See the data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, ask us to erase it, or nominate someone to act for you if you cannot, on the "Your data" page.
• · Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer; we answer within 30 days.
• · If we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
