What we collect

• · The subject and text of your message
• · The IP address it was sent from, to keep spam out

What we use it for

• · To read and answer your message
• · To keep spam and abuse out of the contact form

Who receives it

• · The NodHire team
• · Our email delivery provider (listed in the privacy policy)

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for 12 months after it arrives. Messages caught as spam are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights and how to use them

• · See the data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, ask us to erase it, or nominate someone to act for you if you cannot, on the "Your data" page.
• · Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer; we answer within 30 days.
• · If we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
