About the role

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members at Jammu branch.
• Collaborate with the team to refine telesales strategies and improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.

What you'll need

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, sales, or customer support preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor new hires.
• Proficiency in CRM software and telephone systems.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Jammu Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
