About the role
We are hiring a Telesales Representative for our Nagpur office. The role involves contacting potential clients, promoting our services, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
You will also contribute to training new hires in Nagpur, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office | On-Site
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: Competitive (based on skills and experience) + Incentives
This position is urgent for local to Nagpur applicants, we are looking to forward in interview with you.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members at Nagpur branch.
- Collaborate with the team to refine telesales strategies and improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
What you'll need
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, sales, or customer support preferred.
- Ability to train and mentor new hires.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telephone systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Nagpur Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
